Drummer Morgan Childs is a unique talent on the Canadian music scene, equally at home playing straight-ahead jazz, modern original music, or funky break beats. Morgan started the Soul Jazz Revue to celebrate the music of soul jazz pioneers like Grant Green and Lonnie Smith.

Ian Hendrickson-Smith is the saxophonist for The Roots on NBC’s The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, and previously spent six years touring and recording with Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings. He has recorded and performed with such greats as Al Green, Amy Winehouse, and Lonnie Smith.
