Come on a musical journey around the world with Los Variants. This Toronto-based group of six versatile musicians incorporate flamenco flourishes, middle Eastern groove and Caribbean rhythms in their performance. They are creating new material for their third CD release, The Trivium, and the band will also draw from earlier releases jass/blues and O Passeio. Band leader Vince Maccarone is a veteran percussionist, studio musician, teacher and producer. Every member of this band has toured both nationally and internationally.
