Welcome to the 10th Anniversary edition of the Markham Jazz Festival!

We had such a great time last year that we decided to make this special anniversary festival bigger and better: we’ve added new venues, programmed
more music, and feature more variety - two full days and two full nights, ranging from traditional to funk, from sultry vocals to Afro-Cuban fire. Whether you are looking for musicians new to the scene or seasoned veterans, first-time appearances or festival favourites, you will find them here!

Who would have thought, when the Markham Jazz Festival started ten years ago, that we would one day be booking a full weekend of great jazz, featuring some of the best musicians from across Canada? We are proud to have been “Serving Up Jazz” for ten years. Thank you for being a part
